Job TitleCorporate Action AnalystCorporate Action AnalystWe' re looking for flexible, self-starting, enthusiastic individuals who will help us expand our capability to process corporate actions events.Join the game-changersJoin our welcoming and collaborative Corporate Actions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing all administrative tasks related to Corporate Actions. Candidate will be required to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events and should be willing to work in a 2:30 am to 11:30 pm shift.As a Corporate Actions Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be:- Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary accurately within IG systems.- Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choices.- Collation of Client instructions - Preparation of Client Bookings- Posting of Client Dividends across product ranges in different IG systems- Synthetic Dividend reconciliation- Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk - Processing of Stock Transfers- Update static data in IG internal systems accurately- Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events.- Handle multiple transformation projects in Corporate actions and collaborate with multiple teams for project deliveryWho we areWe've been changing the financial services game since we were founded in 1974, when we invented a whole new category of trading. If you're inspired by our way of working and can bring something new to our team of top-notch people, then you'll find a home here.We are looking for a self-starting, enthusiastic team player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak times.We are looking for below skills:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Actions domain- Advanced knowledge of various Corporate Action events- both mandatory and voluntary events- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge- Good project management skills- Good analytical and automation skills- Familiar with the risks associated with corporate action events, including client money.- Proactive approach towards the mitigation of market risk and resolving issues quickly- Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail- Ability to work in a team- Good communication skills- Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibilities, and should be able to help during peak volume- Excellent organizational skills.- Required to work in a shift starting from 2:30 am up to 1:00 pmFrom the teamWe encourage new ideas, innovation and a great attitude.
