Key Responsibilities:

Framework Definition Institutionalization Develop an end to end risk governance framework across the large deal lifecycle qualification solutioning contracting transition and delivery Define risk taxonomy thresholds governance touchpoints and templates e g risk register heat maps weighted risk scoring models Establish operating model for Large Deal Risk Office LDRO including roles responsibilities and escalation protocols Pilot Implementation on anchor deals and then BAU for deals Apply the framework to one or more live strategic deals Drive risk workshops with large deal PMO solution delivery finance IT DPO and legal teams to identify and assess deal specific risks Establish early warning indicators control checkpoints and mitigation plans Partner with deal pursuit leadership to balance risk vs opportunity in solution design Governance Reporting Enablement Design and roll out risk dashboards deal heatmaps and reporting templates for bid councils and CXOs Define cadence for pre bid reviews contract risk approvals transition risk reviews and steady state monitoring Drive executive reviews on risk posture key exposures and systemic learnings
