Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The Corporate Sector Finance & Business Management (\"CS F&BM\") organization is comprised of CFO teams that support their respective Corporate functions including Legal, Human Resources, Audit, Corporate Responsibility, and Communications, and the Corporate Sector P&A team that supports Corporate Sector as a whole, approximately 20 groups and $12B of expense. The CS F&BM teams provide CFO, P&A and Business Management services to their respective function heads and organizations. The group's responsibilities include budgeting; forecasting; allocations; financial analytics and reporting; workforce management including location strategy planning; vendor management; business management; as well as ICAAP, CCAR, Resolution & Recovery and other firm-wide regulatory and required processes. The Corporate Sector CFO teams are responsible for partnering with the function's leadership team to achieve its financial, strategic and control objectives. The Corporate Sector P&A team coordinates across all CS F&BM teams and is the liaison with the Firmwide P&A group, LOB P&A teams, Investor Relations, and Regulatory and Corporate Financial Reporting teams. Position Summary

Corporate Sector Finance & Business Management is seeking a high performing Associate to support analysis, reporting and presentations of all financial and management reporting for all Corporate Functions. The incumbent will be responsible for Firmwide Expense and headcount Analysis within Global Corporate Planning & Analysis (P&A) group and India Finance within Regional Corporate Planning & Analysis (P&A) group. The position will work closely with staff in the US and India management to help in their MIS reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be well balanced qualitatively and quantitatively, recognizing and escalating important variances, with an understanding of the underlying drivers. Key Responsibilities

1) Assist annual planning

2) Focus on the Corporate Sector Hierarchy management functions

3) Prepare Corporate Sector EMR / Finance EMR

4) Weekly, monthly, quarterly financial and headcount reporting

5) Transaction and vendor analysis

6) Interact with functional Relationship Managers and business partners within the CP&A group

7) Present to Senior Management with overview of services, analytical reviews of year over year as well as forward looking view of expenses and impact on recoveries

8) Participate in projects related to the development of expense policy and system enhancements and reinforcing expense awareness mindset throughout the function

9) Assist in any adhoc projects or tasks as needed Qualifications

1) MBA/CA with 4-6 years or Graduate with 8-10 years of experience

2) Excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills

3) Ability to clearly communicate and present information

4) Must be detail-oriented, but also able to summarize data to assist with management decisions

5) Ability to understand complex systems and partner to drive change

6) Proactively manage the process, respond immediately to issues, and offer solutions

7) Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, and be flexible

8) Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables

9) Experience with expense analysis, business commentary writing, budgeting and forecasting

10) Strong knowledge of Corporate Financial systems including: Essbase, SAP, Forecasting tools, Pitch-pro, Doc pro, MS Office presentation tools
