Essential Qualification:Specilization in corneal diseases and hands on surgery, with post MD/MS at least 2 years of experience as senior resident/Fellowship from an eye institute / centre of repute.
Roles and Responsibilities Cornea Specialist.
1. Clinical Care:
Diagnose and manage corneal diseases, infections, injuries, and degenerations.
Perform corneal surgeries including keratoplasty, pterygium excision, and lamellar procedures.
Evaluate and manage patients with refractive errors and dry eye syndrome.
Post-operative care and follow-up management.
2. Surgical Expertise:
Provide opinion for referred cases from general ophthalmologists.
Collaborate with other subspecialties for comprehensive eye care.
4. Emergency Services (On-Call):
Attend to urgent corneal trauma or infections as per on-call schedule.
5. Training & Education (if required):
Train residents/fellows or junior doctors in cornea-related skills.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate medical records and surgical notes.
Contribute to clinical audits and case presentations.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
