JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for daily shift-wise production planning
Maintain target production output with focus on quality and rejection control
Monitor production processes and re-schedule as required
Control shift-wise inventory
Ensure optimal manpower utilization
Maintain shift-wise production data: quantity produced, rejection %, downtime, and material consumption
Knowledge of Cold Box and Shell Core Processes
Understanding of core shop raw materials
Operation of core making machines, including machine setting and core box mounting
Basics of core shop tooling and maintenance
Monitoring core quality, in-process parameters, and core-related defects
Preventive maintenance of core shop machines
Support and maintain ISO documentation
