Responsible for daily shift-wise planning.
To maintain target production output with rejection controls and quality.
To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.
Responsible for inventory control during the shift.
Responsible for manpower utilization during the shift.
To maintain shift-wise production data in terms of quantity produced,% rejections, down-time, Material consumption.
Technical Knowledge -
Basics of Core shop tooling and its maintenance.
Core Quality, In-process quality parameters and core related defects.
Preventive maintenance of Core Shop Machines.
Raw materials of Core shop.
ISO Documentation.
Candidate from Foundry background will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
