Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned

Project Manager

to lead end-to-end

implementation

of enterprise technology solutions, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams including Product R&D and QA. You will manage full lifecycle implementation projects--building teams, defining timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the

complete project lifecycle

for software implementation, from planning to go-live Gather, analyze, and map business requirements to technical specifications Build and manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely and quality delivery Monitor project milestones, review progress, identify and mitigate risks Act as a key communication bridge between stakeholders, customers, and internal teams Manage configuration, customization, documentation, and user acceptance testing Drive successful project outcomes using best practices in project and stakeholder management Provide guidance and support for transformation and migration activities

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or related roles Strong knowledge in:

UI/backend customization, Shell scripting, Oracle (PL/SQL), Java

RDBMS concepts, software architecture and solution design

Proficient in

project management tools

: MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio Excellent leadership, team-building, and client-facing communication skills Ability to handle complex implementation scenarios with a problem-solving mindset Strong planning, scheduling, and documentation capabilities

Preferred / Added Advantage:

Experience in

banking domain application implementation

Prior experience with

Finacle implementation/customization

Experience leading teams of

10+ members

Pay: From ?60,000.00 per month
