Responsibilities:
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Responsible for training new team members
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Helps identify training needs in relation to new processes
and products
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Provides coverage for team members during vacations
and illness
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Assists management with the day to day operation of the
team
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Consistently reviews operational procedures
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Supports team during corporate and external audits
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Participates in special projects as required
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Assist with all management reporting
Demonstrates competencies in own area and in general
business principles; may still be acquiring higher skill level
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Works on practical tasks to established procedures
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Typically works with moderate guidance, accountable for
individual results and impact on work group
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 During the course of normal day-to-day operation, responsible
for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious
transaction activity and reporting and/or escalating in
accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in
relevant operating procedures

Business Unit Specific Skills
Bachelors Degree or equivalent 4-7 years of Financial industry
experience preferably in Securities Lending, Asset Services or Fund
Accounting, Settlements
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Proven time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrates potential for leadership
