What's this role about?
Here's how you'll contribute:
Network Support
Monitoring and maintenance of Client Global network using network management tools like NMIS and Smokeping
Maintain consistent IOS release on network devices
Update SmartNet information of network devices
Root cause analysis of network syslog and documentation
Work with Vendors (Cisco / Palo Alto) technical support as and when required
Standard Report Generation (availability, outages)
Configuring, and maintaining all network equipment
Maintain SLA monitoring and compliance reporting
Maintain an accurate inventory of all network equipment, circuits, IP addresses
Maintain accurate network diagrams and associated documentation
Should have good hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
Experience and troubleshooting in routing (OSPF / BGP routing protocols), VPN (IPSec ) and Cisco Wireless
Experience in documentation
