Ensure
coil drying, insulation wrapping
, and
pressing
are performed as per standard operating procedures.
Maintain control over
inter-turn, inter-layer, and phase insulation
clearances.
Core-Coil Assembly (CCA):
Coordinate the
assembly of coils with the core
, ensuring mechanical stability and electrical integrity.
Ensure accurate positioning, tightening, and bracing to avoid mechanical deformation or vibration during operation.
Apply
pre-drying and final drying
processes (oven or vapor-phase) as per process requirements.
Quality & Documentation:
Verify and record key quality parameters during each stage of core and CCA work.
Ensure compliance with design tolerances, safety norms, and internal quality standards.
Work closely with Quality Control for inspection, testing, and approvals.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with design, planning, quality, and testing teams for smooth execution of assembly schedules.
Maintain daily production and process records.
Identify and report issues in material, workmanship, or process deviations, and participate in root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
