The Role

Support Consultants with reporting and co-ordinating the collation of updates and data from the relevant practice and ensuring consistent branding and presentation of information Creating dashboards using visualization tools (Power BI experience desirable) Excel, SQL (SSIS/SSAS) experience required Advanced excel including VBA (desirable) B.Com / Pursuing CII (added advantage) Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels Ability to read & comprehend information well The ability to work within a team to high standards in tight timelines Able to generate ideas or come up with logical solutions Understanding loss run (claims data)/placement data in terms of data availability for analytical reporting Questioning data shortfalls with respective counterpart as required for analytical reporting Cleanse the raw data as per SOPs Standardize the data sets so that they can be sliced/diced in any way required Using advanced excel features like slicers, nested formulae, macros to generate dynamic charts based on policy years and accordingly create macros to print those charts/graphs Create automated standard or customized templates to reduce manual errors as well as speed up the turnaround times Work in partnership with consultants and operations colleagues to identify and implement process improvement opportunities and identify 'best working practices' to simplify our ways of working

The ability to identify and support the implementation of process improvement and simplification opportunities Required experience 3-6 years Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, and Word) Project management support skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, report and present data * An understanding of Workers' Compensation would be beneficial
