Job Description

Job Summary:



The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role involves coordinating between clients, sales executives, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and pipeline records. Communicate with clients to share quotations, product details, and order updates. Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, and payments. Coordinate with internal departments -- logistics, accounts, and service -- to ensure timely delivery and billing. Assist in preparing tender documents, price lists, and sales presentations when required. Handle customer queries and provide necessary support to the field sales team. Maintain filing of correspondence, proposals, and agreements. Track sales targets, assist in forecasting, and support overall sales performance monitoring. Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and coordination skills (written & verbal). Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic understanding of sales processes, quotation preparation, and invoicing. Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA / B.Com / Marketing or related field). 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service. Experience in handling B2B or institutional clients will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:



Office-based role with regular interaction with the sales team and clients. May require extended hours during peak sales or tender submission periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
