working days and time-Monday to Saturday

Time-9.30AM to 6.30PM

Key Responsibilities:

Script & Content Creation: Develop engaging, platform-appropriate scripts for reels,
shorts, and other short formats, ensuring high-impact storytelling that drives attention

and engagement

Ideation & Trends Research: Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with brand
goals while staying updated with trending audio, hooks, and platform-specific styles

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with influencer marketing and
performance teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and

required content direction

Creator-centric Approach: Adapt scripts to fit each influencer's tone, style, and
platform trends, and refine content based on influencer-shot footage for improved

quality

Brand Alignment: Ensure all scripts follow brand guidelines and product accuracy
while optimizing content based on performance data and marketing feedback

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or digital content creation--
preferably for Reels, Shorts, or influencer-led content.

Strong understanding of short-form video trends, hooks, and storytelling styles on
Instagram and YouTube.

Ability to write crisp, engaging, and conversion-driven scripts aligned with brand
and influencer style.

Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt content quickly
based on feedback.

Excellent command over written communication (English & Hindi) and strong
attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick
turnarounds.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in mass media, marketing or related field.
