We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Trainee Copywriter to join our digital-first team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, curiosity to learn, and a passion for digital advertising, storytelling, and new-age content formats. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in copywriting, digital marketing, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating copy for digital campaigns, social media, emailers, websites, and brand communication. Support senior copywriters in brainstorming and developing digital-first ideas. Conduct research on brands, competitors, and industry trends to develop relevant content. Experiment with AI tools and contribute to smart content automation and ideation. Collaborate with the design, strategy, and account teams to produce integrated creative work. Help build content calendars, scripts, captions, ad copies, and long-form content when needed. Participate in campaign presentations and internal discussions. Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring timely delivery.

Technical Skills Required

Strong command over English (US usage) and Hindi. Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, and online publishing platforms. Interest in digital trends, brand storytelling, and evolving content formats. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Curiosity and willingness to learn AI/automation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.). Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Ecommerce, or strategy tools.

Personal Skills Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box. Good listener, eager learner, and open to feedback. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a collaborative attitude.
