About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Write

engaging and high-converting scripts

for short-form videos, reels, and course promos tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.


Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to conceptualize and execute ideas that drive attention and conversions.


Create

copy for social media posts

, ad campaigns, landing pages, and emailers to support digital marketing efforts.


Understand target audience personas and write content that aligns with their interests, challenges, and motivations.


Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.


Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.


Continuously optimize scripts and copies based on performance data and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a

copywriter

, preferably in digital-first brands or agencies.


Proven experience in writing

video scripts

for social media, brand storytelling, and promotional content.


Excellent command of English with strong storytelling, grammar, and creative writing skills.


Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.


Familiarity with social media trends, ad formats, and content best practices.


Highly collaborative, open to feedback, and capable of working in a fast-paced creative environment.


A portfolio showcasing

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in

Ed-tech or education marketing
