Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media channels.
Collaborate with designers, social strategists, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns and content calendars
Write clear, persuasive, and attention-grabbing captions, ad copy, hashtags, and headlines
Adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Conduct research on trends, audiences, and competitors to optimize messaging and engagement
Support paid and organic social campaigns with high-performing ad copy and A/B testing
Contribute creative ideas for content themes, social campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
Edit and proofread copy to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0.6-2 years of experience writing for social media, digital marketing, or advertising
Proven ability to write concise, impactful, and engaging social media copy
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with SEO and digital ad copywriting
Knowledge of influencer and community marketing strategies
Familiarity with visual design principles and collaboration tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience writing for both B2C and B2B audiences
