Creative Strategist & Concept Writer (Brand Films)



About the Role



This is

not

a social media posting job.

This role exists to

create ideas that sell

.

You will sit at the

starting point of brand films, campaign ideas, and pitch decks

. Your output will be used directly in client presentations, internal ideation rooms, and high-value film discussions.

If your strength is only captions, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do



Develop

original thought starters

for brand films, ad films, and campaign ideas Translate business objectives into

clear creative directions

Write

concept notes, film ideas, narrative hooks, and pitch-ready thoughts

Support the founder during

client pitching

with strong conceptual backing Collaborate with directors, editors, and strategists to shape ideas into executable formats Continuously research brands, culture, consumer behavior, and advertising trends Help build

long-term creative IPs

, not just one-off ideas

What You Will NOT Do



Write daily captions for posting Manage social media calendars Do SEO blogs or filler content

Who You Are



You think in

ideas, not formats

You can explain whyan idea works, not just what it is You understand brands, films, and audience psychology You are comfortable with ambiguity and can turn chaos into clarity You can take feedback without ego and push back with logic when required

Experience & Skill Set



1-4 years in advertising, brand strategy, creative writing, or agency environment Strong command over English (Hindi/Bengali is a plus, not mandatory) Ability to write

clear, structured, pitch-ready concepts

Exposure to brand films, TVCs, digital campaigns, or pitch decks A portfolio of

ideas, scripts, or concept notes

(finished films not mandatory)
