Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crafting compelling content for real estate marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of how to engage audiences across different platforms. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, writing, and proofreading high-impact copy for both digital and offline media.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Writing & Storytelling
Develop persuasive scripts for promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and digital ads.
Create voice-over (VO) scripts and taglines that bring campaigns to life.
Write engaging articles, blogs, and press releases tailored to the real estate industry.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
Draft content for brochures, leaflets, newsletters, and other brand materials.
Ensure all property descriptions are impactful, accurate, and aligned with brand tone.
Support advertising teams with catchy ad copies (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Digital Content
Write SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and social media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Content Strategy & Consistency
Maintain brand voice across all touchpoints (digital & print).

Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably in real estate, advertising, or related industries.
Proven portfolio of work showcasing ad copies, scripts, long-form articles, and marketing content.
Excellent command of English (verbal and written); knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is an added advantage.
Strong proofreading and editing skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
