About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter who can craft impactful, brand-aligned content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, brand tone, and audience psychology, and can write copy that connects, converts, and builds trust.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging captions, ad copies, reels scripts, and post content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Develop brand-specific tone of voice for different clients across industries Create website content, landing page copy, brochures, and brand communication Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure copy aligns with visuals and strategy Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to improve content quality Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand consistency Deliver content as per deadlines and monthly content calendars
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of professional copy writing experience (agency experience preferred) Strong command over English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus) Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing Ability to write short, impact copies as well as long-form content Basic understanding of branding and marketing psychology Highly organised with good time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience writing for real estate, hospitality, healthcare, finance, or lifestyle brands Knowledge of SEO basics Experience with ad copy writing (Meta / Google Ads)
