Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and edit

content

for

social media posts, marketing materials, digital ads, and sales pitches

.

Produce persuasive sales copy

that resonates with our audience and promotes our products/services effectively.

Collaborate with the Creative Team to integrate text

seamlessly with visuals for maximum impact. Assist in the

creation and execution of brand promotion strategies

to enhance brand awareness. Ensure

consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channel

s.

Proofread and edit content

to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain a high standard of quality for all written materials. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies. Conduct research to gather information necessary for creating impactful content.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation and editing, preferably in a sales and marketing context. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.

Attributes:

Priority will be given to candidates from an ad agency background.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about children's content, Indian history and mythology. (Fan of ACK and Tinkle comics would be a preferred!)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
