POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
We are growing our business we are in need of a Lead Copywriter expert who can connect with our client
base through multiple channels. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for creating marketing materials, product
descriptions, and direct emails. We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work
hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a
candidate who is creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in client preferences. The
ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make
marketing decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have
a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
This role requires complete self-assurance, as the senior copywriter is in charge of influencing consumers
by delivering a clear message, as well as using their initiative to seek out new trends and incorporate
them into campaigns effectively. Working alongside art directors, developers, and designers, senior
copywriters must be keen team players and self-sufficient multi-taskers, full of original approaches and
innovative ideas.

\xe2\x97\x8f Write original copy for ads, social media platforms, and websites
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and publish blogs
\xe2\x97\x8f Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated
\xe2\x97\x8f Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with Designers to enrich the text with visual aids, like images and charts
\xe2\x97\x8f Shape language and tone used in emails, banners, and brochures when needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and oversee reports on content (e.g., weekly, or monthly) Monitor metrics related to our
content, like web traffic and conversion rates
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all content is up to date
\xe2\x97\x8f Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate With Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content
marketing materials
\xe2\x97\x8f Produce error-free content that adheres to the company\xe2\x80\x99s style guidelines
\xe2\x97\x8f Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
\xe2\x97\x8f Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
\xe2\x97\x8f Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in producing copy for digital, print, and broadcast channels
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and
Outlook
\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags,emojis
and acronyms
\xe2\x97\x8f Solid understanding of long and short copywriting
\xe2\x97\x8f With Good Communication Skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have 3 years of experience in copywriting and 1 year of social media agency experience

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
\xe2\x97\x8f Working with a variety of Time zones from the US to New Zealand
\xe2\x97\x8f In-Office position in Bangalore, India
\xe2\x97\x8f Stable infrastructure at home in terms of the Internet, Electricity for work-from-home days.
