The Copy Supervisor will lead the copy team in developing impactful, creative, and strategically sound communication across all platforms. This role requires a strong command of brand tone, storytelling, and conceptual thinking, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior writers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the copy team in conceptualising, writing, and editing creative content for campaigns across digital, print, social media, video, and other media.
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.
Supervise and review the work of copywriters, ensuring high standards of creativity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Present creative ideas and copy concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Maintain an understanding of market trends, cultural insights, and emerging media formats to keep the communication relevant and engaging.
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all client communications.
Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance input for the copywriting team.
