We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Copy Editor cum Proofreader (English)
to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across our educational publications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to refine content to meet our high editorial and academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit, proofread, and refine manuscripts to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and readability.
Review and correct typographical, factual, and formatting errors.
Maintain the style, tone, and structure of educational content as per company guidelines.
Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to deliver error-free and engaging content.
Ensure content aligns with curriculum requirements and maintains factual accuracy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, grammatical mistakes, spelling errors and style.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify language and formatting inconsistencies.
Proficiency in MS Office and editing/proofreading tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in academic or publishing content editing and proofreading preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
