Role and Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and interpret civil drawings using AutoCAD (foundation layouts, shelter layout, fencing, trenches, etc.). Analyze project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works. Develop detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customer and ensure the implementation of the same at field. Any deviation must be intimated to all concerned and get deviation approval before implementation. Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures and update in company/client portal and/or applications. Maintain site documentation including DPRs, measurements, BOQs, and as-built drawings. Calculate site-wise civil cost and assist in project budgeting and feasibility analysis. Track actual cost vs estimated cost and report deviations Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits Support billing, reconciliation, and certification of subcontractor bills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

B.Tech / Diploma in civil with min. 1 Year Experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drawings).
Preferred Skills

1+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory/coordinator role Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
