As a Coordinator, you will act as a bridge between the technical team, clients, and management, ensuring the timely execution of projects with quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in coordination/project support roles (interiors/exhibition background preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Coordinate with project managers, design team, site engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Handle documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups related to ongoing projects.
Support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain records of site reports, work status, and team updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company processes and project timelines.
