We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities-
-Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
-Managing supply chain
-Payment follow ups
-Doing the online and offline marketing like Product listings, Catalog management
-Assist in vendor relationship management
-Making reports, presentations, product listing for ecommerce websites
-Assisting Manager in day-to-day operations
Qualifications and Requirements-
-Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable work experience accepted in lieu of degree
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
-Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
-Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
-Strong interpersonal skills, previous management experience
