Position: Process Coordinator
Key Role:
To review daily Google Sheets, track ongoing tasks, and take follow-ups with teams to ensure timely completion of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
? Google Sheets Review
Check and update daily task tracking sheets on Google Sheets.
Ensure data entered by teams is accurate and complete.
Highlight pending or delayed tasks to relevant team members.
? Task Follow-ups
Take daily follow-ups on assigned tasks with the production, store, and quality teams.
Ensure closure of daily activities and escalate delays to management when required.
Maintain a clear action tracker for all follow-ups.
? Coordination Across Departments
Coordinate with production, store, and quality teams for seamless workflow.
Ensure necessary documentation and task updates are aligned with process requirements.
? Reporting
Share daily and weekly reports of task status and pending points with management.
Suggest improvements in the tracking sheet if needed for better visibility.
? Support in Process Discipline
Ensure teams are following task schedules and updating sheets promptly.
Highlight recurring delays and assist in resolving blockers.
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
0-2 years of experience in task coordination or admin support.
Strong command of Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, filters).
Good follow-up and communication skills.
Ability to handle daily task pressure and maintain discipline in updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
