We are looking to hire the Co-ordinator Admin/Front desk, who will be handled multitasking duties like greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the full branch and especially front desk area to create a professional and welcoming first impression.
Key duties also involve
Administrative support
like scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mails, maintaining office supplies, and performing data entry and staff activities. This role requires strong communication, and organizational skills to manage daily office operations efficiently.
This core role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
Key responsibilities
Communication and correspondence:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Administrative support:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Assist with document preparation and record-keeping.
Office operations:
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
Ensure security procedures are followed, such as issuing visitor badges.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared.
Staff, Visitor and client management:
Instruction staff to act in office protocol with discipline as per company norms.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Ensure the whole office premises, cabins and especially entrance and reception area is tidy, organized, and presents a positive image.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
