Ganesh Enterprises is looking for a reliable and organised Coordinator to Support the Director through effective coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-ups across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calls, emails, messages, and daily schedule.
Coordinate with internal team members and stakeholders for work updates.
Maintain task sheets for the Director and team members.
Maintain attendance and basic salary coordination.
Support the Director with documentation and routine coordination work.
Conduct research and prepare summary notes when required.
Handle Director's personal tasks whenever needed.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office or similar tools (Google or Zoho apps).

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
