Role Overview:



As a

Coordinator

at the Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and strategic alignment of the vertical or department you are assigned to. You will act as the central point of communication and execution, working closely with team members, vertical heads, and the Managing Director's Office (MDO). This position requires excellent organizational skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable steps while ensuring high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning and Objective Alignment:

Collaborate with vertical heads and the MDO to define tri-monthly, monthly, weekly, and daily objectives for the vertical or department. Ensure that all team activities align with the broader organizational goals and vision. Assist in breaking down goals into clearly defined, actionable projects and steps.

Process Documentation and Improvement:

Drive the documentation of all vertical processes and workflows. Continuously analyze and refine processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational objectives.

Execution and Accountability:

Ensure strict adherence to timelines and follow up on action items and projects. Hold daily huddles with the team to define deliverables and track progress. Evaluate team outputs against predefined parameters and ensure quality control.

Meeting Management:

Attend all team meetings, whether internal, inter-departmental, or with the MDO. Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure meetings result in clearly defined outcomes and action plans. Track and monitor the implementation of decisions made during meetings.

Team Coordination and Resource Management:

Oversee the team's priorities, calendar, and productivity to optimize resource allocation. Handle leave approvals and work-from-home requests for team members. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Conduct weekly, monthly, and tri-monthly reviews of the vertical's objectives and achievements. Prepare and maintain reports that summarize progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Summarize weekly positive developments and ensure all activities are documented systematically.

Quality Assurance:

Define and document parameters for evaluating team outputs. Analyze each deliverable against quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.

Coordination with Process and Project Teams:

Work closely with the process coordinators and other team leads to ensure seamless integration of tasks across departments. Act as a liaison between the vertical and other organizational functions, facilitating collaboration.

CARMA Implementation:

Apply the CARMA approach (Create, Align, Roll Out, Monitor, Accountability) for new developments and projects. Ensure all initiatives are thoroughly planned, aligned, and tracked to completion.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain organized records of all documentation, processes, and project plans. Manage the vertical's file system on shared drives and ensure accessibility for team members.

Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Background:


Bachelor's degree in any field (project management, business administration, or related disciplines preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in a coordination, project management, or administrative role is highly desirable. Exposure to or knowledge of neurodevelopmental interventions or education systems is a plus.

Core Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal and written). Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for quality and process optimization. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with productivity methodologies such as Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain, or similar approaches. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
