Job Description

In this position, you will support implementation initiatives and programs to support the respective initiative and program leads. You will be accountable for implementing on-ground activities in line with the initiative or program\'s goals and will help in the implementation of RGF plans, and maintain day-to-day communication between RGF, village panchayats, and beneficiaries. You will also be a source of actionable feedback and primary input from the grassroots level to continually improve RGF\'s programs and initiatives. What you\'ll do: Surveying the villages and choosing the site to set-up waste management facilities in collaboration with District administration and village panchayats Planning & Implementation of waste management initiatives as per plan at the village level Monthly database recording for waste management in the villages Maintain communication between RGF and Village panchayats Supervising and engaging with villagers, youth clubs, etc to ensure that initiative is implemented as per initiative\'s standards and processes Train the villagers on waste segregation and driving support of sustaining the WM projects Provide requisite handholding and support to the village to ensure proper adoption of waste management projects Appointing and supervising the waste collector in active villages and monitoring him/her Who we\'re looking for: Bachelor\'s in Social Work, Sociology, etc or an equivalent degree with 1-2 years of experience.
