Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Client Coordinator

to manage client communication, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt responses and regular follow-ups. Manage client onboarding, queries, and feedback. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Support business development and marketing activities when required.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of marketing concepts (MBA in Marketing preferred). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications



MBA in Marketing (mandatory). Prior experience in client servicing or coordination will be an advantage.

Salary



As per experience and company standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
