Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Translation and Localization Coordinator

to support the delivery of high-quality multilingual content across various projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between clients, linguists, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of localization workflows, adherence to timelines, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate translation and localization projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Assign tasks to translators, editors, and proofreaders based on language and subject-matter expertise. Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Monitor and manage quality assurance processes including linguistic and functional QA. Handle administrative tasks such as file management, invoicing support, and reporting. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the project workflow. Support vendor recruitment and performance evaluation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in the localization or translation industry (internships considered). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Familiarity with localization for digital content, software, websites, or multimedia is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Customer-service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
