We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic PM SHRI Coordinator to support teaching quality and learning outcomes across project schools. The role involves extensive school visits, academic monitoring, teacher support, and coordination with school teams.
Visit classrooms regularly to assess teaching practices, classroom environment, and student engagement.
Use structured tools to collect qualitative and quantitative data from school visits.
Share constructive feedback with teachers to improve instructional strategies.
Coordinate with school leaders to schedule classroom visits smoothly.
Document and report best practices and improvement areas observed across schools.
Work with academic teams to develop and refine monitoring tools.
Maintain accurate digital records of all visits and interactions.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the academic lead or project manager.
Recommend teacher training needs based on field observations.
Build strong working relationships with school staff and stakeholders.
Escalate critical teaching or implementation concerns for timely resolution.
Travel extensively to various school locations as per project requirements.
Participate in review meetings to share field insights and updates.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education
Years of Experience & other requirements
? 5 - 8 years' experience in teacher training and curriculum development
? Fluency in English and local language i.e. Marathi

? Demonstrated expertise in delivering effective teacher training programs.
? Strong knowledge of current educational trends, pedagogical methodologies, and technology integration in education.
? Self- starter, proactive in finding solutions

Travel to project locations, to attend workshops, other stakeholder meetings and to coordinate trainings (approx. 60% time).
