Coordinate and support the daily activities .
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and records in ERP/CRM systems.
Handle order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups with clients.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of transactions.
Track targets, performance metrics, and assist in forecasting.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide administrative support
Maintain and update customer databases, product information, and pricing lists.
Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination abilities.
