Coordinator:



? To effectively handle enquiry and outbond calls of home care department

? To provide detailed information about home care services and convert enquiries to services.

? To coordinate with HOD in staff allocations and follow up for timely service delivery.

? To keep maintain database of patients and follow up.

? To coordinate with other departments such as patient liason, N&D and Clinical assistants to effectively deliver home care services

? To maintain all reports and records as per standard operating procedure

? To submit services and calls reports to HOD on regular basis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
