Job Description

Coordinate IT service requests

and incidents through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Serve as the first point of contact

for internal users seeking technical assistance

Assign and track service tickets

to appropriate IT personnel or vendors

Schedule and monitor

hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance

Communicate with stakeholders

to provide updates on service status and timelines

Generate reports

on service metrics, response times, and resolution rates

Ensure compliance

with IT policies, data security standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Collaborate with IT teams

to improve service delivery processes and user experience

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
