Lead field staff and Haqdarshaks to ensure citizens access social entitlements
Hire, train, and mentor field agents (Haqdarshaks)
Spend 90% of time on-ground engaging with communities and partners
Coordinate with government officials and development organizations
Conduct digital productivity and financial literacy trainings
Onboard local Haqdarshaks via the HD Portal (AMS)
Mobilize communities for application camps
Take full ownership of assigned district operations
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in social protection, livelihoods, or development sector
Experience in entrepreneurship development projects preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must possess a laptop & two-wheeler
Excellent organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions
