Job description :
- As a Coordinator in the Service Operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients/customers
- Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and support the various aspects of service operations, ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and effective manner
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve operational excellence
Key Responsibilities :
- Task Coordination: Coordinate and monitor daily service operations tasks, ensuring that all activities are executed promptly and meeting the required quality standards
- Service Requests: Receive, review, and prioritize service requests from clients/customers or internal teams
- Allocate resources and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling service appointments, maintenance visits, or installations, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the service team, customer support, and other relevant departments
- Provide updates to stakeholders regarding service status, delays, or any issues that may arise
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, work progress, and service history in the company\'s database or service management system
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with service technicians and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may impact service delivery
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of service provided by the team, conducting periodic reviews, and identifying areas for improvement
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers\' needs and expectations are met promptly and effectively
- Address any concerns or complaints and work towards finding suitable solutions
- Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance the overall service experience
- Training and Support: Assist in training new service team members, providing guidance, and offering support to enhance their performance
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during service operations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
