Responsible for Co-ordinating Sales and Marketing Dept and Customer coordination
REPORTING To
DIRECTOR-SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support & Administration:
Manage sales schedules, files documents, and communicates important information to sales representatives.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals for clients.
Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials.
Client Communication & Coordination:
Arrange meetings with prospective clients and acts as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
Address client complaints and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Processing & Operations:
Collaborates with the production team to ensure product criteria are met.
Work with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and resolve any issues.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Travel & Event Coordination:
Make travel arrangements for sales representatives attending conferences and trade shows.

Seamless administrative operations supporting the sales team.
Activities:
Managing sales databases, coordinating logistics, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Team & Customer Support:

A motivated and well-supported sales team and improved customer satisfaction.

Providing administrative support to the sales team, assisting with onboarding, and helping to maintain client relationships.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
BE / B.TECH - with Engineering Background (preferably Mechanical/Automobile) with min 2 years experience in sales and marketing
Diploma (Preferably Mechanical/Automobile) with Min 5 years experience
