Factory Coordinator
Job Title: Factory Coordinator / Production Coordinator
Department: Operations / Production
Reports To: Production Manager / Factory Manager
Job Summary:
To support the efficient and effective operation of the factory by coordinating daily production
activities, managing resources, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and facilitating
communication between management and production staff to achieve output targets.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Production Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet demands.
Resource Management: Oversee inventory, ensure material availability, and coordinate staff
allocation.
Quality Control: Monitor production to verify standards are met and assist with quality checks.
Safety & Compliance:Ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, or staffing
conflicts.
Reporting: Prepare accurate production reports and present performance data to management.
Team Support:Train new employees, provide guidance, and foster a productive work
environment.
Process Improvement:Contribute ideas for optimizing workflows and implementing lean
manufacturing.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business, or related field (often
preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and ERP/production
software.
Soft Skills:Excellent organization, time management, communication (written/verbal),
leadership, and multitasking.
Attributes:Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solver, works well under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
