We are a Govt. recognized furniture manufacturing and export house based in Jaipur, looking for a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and work closely with senior management. The role requires strong communication and follow-up skills, effective coordination across all departments, and timely, accurate reporting to the Directors, offering hands-on exposure to leadership and core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a central coordination point between management and all departments.
Follow up with staff on assigned tasks, deadlines, and action points.
Ensure timely closure of pending matters and commitments.
Work closely with Directors for daily operational coordination.
Collect, compile, and present data, reports, presentations and updates to management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording MOMs.
Handle written and verbal communication professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain records, trackers, and documentation accurately.
Share daily/weekly status reports with Directors.
Ensure data accuracy and timely availability of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1-4 years experience in coordination, executive support, or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong follow-up, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Smart, energetic, and solution-oriented approach to work.
