Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with clients for order status, dispatch updates, and payments.
Maintain sales records and support the sales team in documentation and reporting.
Purchase Management:
Raise and process purchase orders as per requirement.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain supplier database and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery schedules.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores for stock management.
Support SCM team in planning and execution to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of purchase, sales, and supply chain workflows.
Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure.
Attention to detail and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Purchase, or SCM coordination.
