• Coordination of Quality Management Systems ( QMS ) ISO Audits etc.
• Plant Quality MIS , Compliance to QMS ( Quality Gate , QA Network, Poka-yoke )
• Quality Defects Tracking System ( Alstar , QA Matrix )
• New Products Quality Management ( FMEA , Control Plan , Work Instructions etc.)

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for compliance to Quality Management System and New Products Quality System Preparedness

• Coordination of ISO Audits.

• Compliance to Quality Management System (Quality Gates / Defects Tracking / QA Matrix)

• Weekly Audits of QA Network (Fool Proofing / Error Proofing )

• Plant Quality Weekly / Monthly MIS

• New Products Quality System Preparedness in CFT ( FMEA / Control Plan / Work Instructions)

• Coordination Quality Kaizen week events (Improvement Programs )

• Revenue Budget / Provision (Quality Function )
