Job Description

WSP is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to support bid and proposal activities. The role involves coordinating submissions, managing tender correspondence, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in line with client and company requirements.



Monitor and manage the proposals inbox and tender portals, ensuring timely logging, allocation, and response to incoming opportunities. Track and maintain accurate records of all bids in the CRM tool, providing visibility to key internal stakeholders. Distribute bid-related communications and updates to ensure alignment across teams. Work closely with Proposal Managers and Proposal Leads to develop high-quality proposals. Assist in compiling technical responses and supporting materials that strengthen the bid narrative. Ensure proposals meet brand and compliance standards through formatting, proofreading, and quality checks. Coordinate and prepare Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in line with client requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business engineering or another relevant field. Minimum 2 years, ideally up to 4 years, relevant experience in bids, proposals, business development coordination or tender support Excellent command of English (written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple bids simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
