Responsibilities and Duties:
Inspect Finished Products:
Carefully examine items to ensure they meet our quality standards, checking for accuracy in design, color, and placement.
Count and Verify Orders:
Accurately count finished products to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment.
Support Production:
Assist production workers by performing additional tasks, such as supplying materials and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Packaging:
Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring that each item is ready for safe transport to customers.
Equipment Handling:
Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently to support quality control and packaging tasks.
Documentation:
Record inspection results and report any defects or issues to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with production manager and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or packaging roles is preferred but not required.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and supervisors.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to quality.
Education :
Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology is Preferred
