Coordinator
to join our team at our Alwar location. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily tasks and activities within the office
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Schedule meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
Assist in planning and executing projects
Ensure timelines and work quality are maintained
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience as a coordinator will be an advantage
