The Primary Coordinator is responsible for the academic planning, supervision, and overall development of the primary section. The role involves coordinating between management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth functioning and high academic standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Post-graduate (B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or coordination experience in primary section
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of child-centered teaching methods
Ability to mentor and motivate teachers
Proficiency in basic computer skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
