Job Description

Coordinator :

Receive and log all customer service requests through phone & email.

Raise ticket in ERP system with respect to the service complaints received from customer.

Plan and assign service calls to Service engineers based on priority, location, and workload.

Track service progress and ensure timely closure of complaints.

Coordinate installation schedules.

Act as the first point of contact for customers for all service-related queries.

Provide updates on service call status, expected resolution timelines, and feedback follow up. (Job Card Raise, Service Completion Mail)

Payment follow up to customers as per the request from Accounts Department

Service Material Inward & Outward (Material Issue, Material Purchase Indent & Material Return)

Monthly Physical verification of Store Materials & Spares

Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, equipment history, and warranty details.

Preparation of service quotations and Proforma invoices when required.

Dispatch of spare parts or replacement units as per customer request.

Support service engineers with necessary documentation.

Ensure all service activities comply with company SOPs & standards

Track Attendance of Service Engineers.

Cross checking of Service & Installation Incentive & Daily Expenses of Service Engineers.

Languages : Preference for English & Hindi speaking candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
