Job Description

Key Responsibilities1) Director's Calendar & Daily Schedule Management



Manage Director's

daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans

Ensure time blocks are optimized and

priority tasks are scheduled

Share daily agenda in the morning and ensure adherence Reschedule meetings professionally when required

2) Communication & Coordination



Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and meeting requests Draft professional responses and ensure timely replies Coordinate between Director and internal teams (sales, production, accounts, HR, etc.) Act as a point of contact between Director and key stakeholders

3) Meeting Management & Follow-up



Prepare meeting agenda and coordinate attendees Take meeting notes (MOM: Minutes of Meeting) Create action points and ensure

timely follow-up

Track progress and send reminders to departments

4) Daily Operations Support



Support Director in day-to-day business functions and reviews Collect daily MIS reports / dashboards from departments Maintain checklists of pending tasks and priorities Coordinate with plant/office team for smooth execution of tasks

5) Documentation & Reporting



Maintain organized documents and files (digital + physical) Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and review documents Maintain confidential files and company documents Help Director in preparing data for decision-making

6) Travel & Logistics



Manage travel bookings (flight/train/hotel), itinerary planning Ensure all travel docs are ready (tickets, IDs, schedules) Coordinate meeting visits, factory visits, vendor visits, etc.

7) Confidential & Sensitive Task Handling



Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information Assist in handling sensitive discussions, meetings, and communication Keep track of key commitments and deadlines

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent planning and execution capability Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi preferred) High ownership mindset ("get-it-done" attitude) Strong follow-up and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Strong trustworthiness and confidentiality

Must-Have Tools Knowledge



MS Excel / Google Sheets MS Word / Google Docs PowerPoint / Google Slides Email handling (Gmail / Outlook) WhatsApp Business / Teams coordination Calendar management tools (Google Calendar etc.)
(Bonus if candidate knows CRM / Make.com / automation tools)

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

2-5 years experience

as Executive Assistant / PA / Coordinator / Office Manager Prior experience working with

CEO/Director/Top


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
